Our Prices:

For an external blocked drain our prices start from just £50.00, if just a “plunge” is required (and that’s all you’ll get from other contractors for a similar price).
A maximum charge of £90.00 is charged for jetting if the job is completed within  an hour of arrival and the block is of a standard nature with 1 manhole blocked. 
Normally for jobs consisting of 2 or more blocked manholes, or problems enroute to the main sewer the price is £90.00 - £120.00 providing the job does not require the removal of inappropriate objects.
We aim to keep these as fixed prices and not run up costs based on multiples of a half hourly rate.

We are a small business and so do not charge VAT.

Free CCtv:

The cost of a CCtv inspection (if carried out at time of visit for blockage) is deducted from the invoice of a job if we feel there is a genuine problem and you employ us to carry out the remedial work.

I the owner and operator am Ken Cattanach and have an honours degree in engineering and worked as a Plant and Building Services engineer on piped services, drain and sewer associated works with London Transport for many years. My associate and cousin is Dean (a human mole) who has been laying and repairing drains and sewer pump installations for nearly 20 years. We act as a team but keep our businesses as sole traders separate, this keeps down our overheads and allows us NOT to charge Vat a great saving to our domestic clients.
